San Diego Regional Center (SDRC)
SDRC is a focal point in the community for information and services for persons with developmental disabilities living in San Diego and Imperial Counties, California.
UCP Toy Library
It is a mobile toy library which travels around the county and makes designated stops at churches, libraries and recreation centers. Parents are shown techniques to use to enhance their child's ability to play. This service is available to children with any type of disability from birth to 5 years old developmentally.
DS Action
Parents, grandparents, doctors, educators, registered nurses, social workers and other business professionals interested in improving the quality of life of all people with Down syndrome by identifing continuing needs of individuals with Down syndrome and creating exploratory projects to meet those needs.
Down Syndrome Association
Established by families with a need for a support and resource network with comprehensive information on Down syndrome including assisting parents with unique education, healthcare and social issues. 
EFRC
EFRC is a community-based collaborative agency, staffed by parents and professionals designed to serve families of individuals with special needs by providing a broad continuum of information, education, and support.
